1. Passport: one original passport with blank visa page and one copy of passport photo information page valid for more than 6 months.
1、护照：有效期为6个月以上、有空白签证页的护照原件及护照照片资料页复印件1份。
2. Visa application form and photos: 1 visa application form of the People's Republic of China and 1 recent color passport photo with bareheaded light background pasted on the application form.
2、签证申请表及照片：1份《中华人民共和国签证申请表》及1张粘贴在申请表上的近期正面免冠浅色背景彩色护照照片。
3. Certificate of legal stay or residence (for those who do not apply for a visa in the country of nationality): if you do not apply for a visa in the country of nationality, you need to provide the original and copy of the valid certificate of legal stay, residence, work, study or valid visa in the country where you are located.
3、合法停留或居留证明（适用于不在国籍国申请签证者）：如您不在国籍国申请签证，您需提供在所在国合法停留、居留、工作、学习的有效证明或有效签证的原件和复印件。
4. Original Chinese passport or original Chinese visa (applicable to those who have Chinese nationality and then joined foreign nationality): if you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you must provide the original Chinese passport and a copy of the passport photo information page; if you have obtained a Chinese visa and apply for a visa with a new foreign passport, you must provide the original foreign passport photo information page and the copy of the Chinese visa you have obtained（ If the name of the new passport is inconsistent with that of the original passport, the certificate of change of name issued by the relevant authorities shall also be provided).
4、原中国护照或原中国签证（适用于曾有中国国籍，后加入外国国籍者）：如您系首次申请中国签证，须提供原中国护照原件及护照照片资料页复印件；如您曾获中国签证并持新换发的外国护照申请签证，须提供原外国护照照片资料页及曾获得的中国签证复印件（如果新护照所记载的姓名与原护照不一致，还须提供有关官方出具的更改姓名的证明文件）。
5. Itinerary materials such as round-trip ticket orders and hotel orders, or invitation letters issued by units or individuals in China. The invitation must include the following:
5、往返机票订单和酒店订单等行程材料，或中国境内单位或者个人出具的邀请函件。该邀请函须包含以下内容：
(1) Personal information of the invitee: name, gender, date of birth, etc;

(2) Itinerary information of the invitee: arrival and departure date, tourist location, etc;
（2）被邀请人行程安排信息：抵离日期、旅游地点等；
(3) Information of inviting unit or person: name of inviting unit or person, contact number, address, seal of unit, signature of legal representative or person inviting, etc.
（3）邀请单位或邀请人信息：邀请单位名称或邀请人姓名、联系电话、地址、单位印章、法定代表或邀请人签字等。
Depending on the case, the consul may also request other materials related to the application.
因个案不同，领事还可能要求提供与申请有关的其他材料。
