2. Original of work contract, project contract, cooperation agreement or invitation statement of the inviting unit. Include the applicant's name, nationality, work place, work period and work content, and indicate all work places and entry times. Note: the employer shall indicate the fee arrangement of the invited foreigners, make a commitment to the authenticity of the invitation and guarantee the payment of the fees of the invited foreigners in China. 2. 工作合同、项目合同、合作协议或邀请单位邀请说明原件。包括申请人姓名、 国籍、工作地点、工作期限、工作内容，并列明所有工作地点和入境次数。备注：用 人单位应注明邀请外国人的费用安排，对邀请行为的真实性作出承诺并对被邀请外国 人在华费用支付等进行担保。原件（电子 1 份）。

1. All original paper materials and Chinese translations shall be uploaded to the processing system in color electronic form.

1. Those who meet the requirements of foreign high-end talents (Class A) or notice on further improving the relevant procedures for foreign experts to come to China in a short term (WJF [2015] No. 176) can apply for the invitation letter of foreign experts to China, and all accompanying personnel shall fill in the application form.

1.符合外国高端人才（A 类）或符合《关于进一步完善外国专家短期来华相关办 理程序的通知》（外专发〔2015 〕176 号）文件规定的,可申请外国专家来华邀请函， 随行人员均应填写申请表。

2. In case of application for foreigner work permit notice (working in China for less than 90 days, including 90 days), it is allowed to work in multiple employing units, and all working places shall be filled in when applying.
